Amazing change in scenery in such a short time <\/p>\n<p>The route continued to impresse and was easy to ride&#8230; not much undulation<\/p>\n<p>As we rode into Lokken Candy went to change onto the food path and her right foot did not want to come out of the clip, so over she went. Sideways fall and her head hit  the grass on the side. Luckily she was Ok and no grazing&#8230; There is a reason for wearing a helmet!!!!<\/p>\n<p>We cycled slowly the last 600 m and had our lunch overlooking the beach. It was decided that we would not ride any more today and started looking for accommodation.
