Quite a lot of difficult gravel and then a long segment in the forest on reasonable gravel but full sunshine so quite warm
Krister then said he found the forest riding a bit boring.

Anyway we were at a very attractive spot and around lunch, so Candy / Karl cooked pasta while Krister was going to do a quick replace of tube.
We bought 2 new tubes in Sweden last week. Low and behold the knobhead in the bike shop gave us the wrong tubes…
We had kept 2 of the previous ones that we had replaced and decided to put a fair bit of slime in. Desperate times. It worked!!!
We decided to leave the track and ride to a bike shop 40 minutes away to get new tubes. Closed!!!!
Rode on for another 2 hours towards a bike shop but arrived after closing. Decided to get a room and see shop Sat am
During the afternoon the tyres stayed inflated…
This route was very scenic with rolling hills and superb landscape so it was definitely worthwhile…
