Day started with light rain but managed to get everything packed up without too much of an issue
The wind was present all day – mostly tailwind with the occasional headwind late afternoon
Riding was flat and very enjoyable with very little dirt
Extremely windy along the coast. Even the sheep feeding along the dyke were lying down to avoid being blown away….hehe
We were able to ride on the inside of this dyke for quite a long distance
Went through Ribe which is the oldest town in Denmark
Arrived at shelters at 6.30 and managed to get the last place – phew!!!
Wind has still not abated…
Overall a very good day of riding
Tomorrow afternoon we leave Denmark and enter Germany!
