Rode from Skagen 2km north to where to road / Denmark ends. Quite cool to see where the North Sea (almost) meets the Baltic sea
Turned south for the real ride and first hour was fine on cycle paths. Lots of cyclist came our way, must have been over 200 so cycling is massive here. People of all ages from 5 to 80…impressive
Next 2 hours not so good due to wrong turn and as a result uninteresting roads.
However after a late lunch things improved dramatically and we had glorious cycling from forests to beach
Camping was in a shelter which was a great experience (and free)…located next to the bike track
Overall a great day in Denmark!!!!
