What a day!!!! Probably our best day of riding ….ever…
Constantly changing landscapes, scenery and road surfaces: little bit of wind in the morning then calm in the afternoon. Temperature around 20 with some clouds – an almost perfect day
Started the morning along the diving lake, then some inland roads before riding along the coast up to Cuxhaven – which was a tourist mecca along the beach. Then along the dykes to our camping ground
At one point hundreds of sheep lined our path so we had to weave through then carefully -they weren’t fussed at all….lying down and eating along the busy bike path and not batting an eye lid
Found a nice camp spot 50 m from the dykes
