Rode from Harwich for our first ride in the UK, but it soon became evident it was not the Netherlands or Germany….
…. no bike paths or shoulders on the road…
We rode on for almost 2 hours then decided we didn’t like it or feel safe (although the drivers were very good)
Found a small camp ground and checked in at 1pm and enjoyed the afternoon….very warm and pleasant and we had our tents under big trees so very nice shade
…let’s see what tomorrow brings
